Rise of the Runelords

In the sleepy coastal town of Sandpoint, evil is brewing. An attack by crazed goblins during the annual Swallowtail Festival quickly turns into something more ominous as the shadows of a dark past come back to haunt the town—and perhaps all of Varisia. Can the heroes stop the awakening of a legendary runelord and keep him from reclaiming his lost kingdom of greed?

Paizo’s first series of individual adventures published as an Adventure Path, Rise of the Runelords was re-released it as an Anniversary Edition (and Collector’s Edition!) with rules updated to Pathfinder from D&D 3.5. I had heard great thing about it and so started it as a new campaign for my home group.

PZO1002_500 Runelords

I had been keeping an Campaign Journal, and occasionally posted pictures from the game on the Dwarven Forge forums, but decided to post them all up here.

This page will be updated in order of play for ease of reading rather than the reverse chronologic of blogs. (If you prefer as a blog, can use the Runelords label.)

Enjoy, and please give me feedback! Kind words provide morale to keep the posting up!
