I got #CoreSpace board game last year, but hadn’t had a chance to play it. I opened it up last week and tried giving it a spin playing solo to familiarize myself with the rules. I don’t paint, so decided to reskin the setting as the Outer Rim in Star Wars so I could use my ton of pre-painted Star Wars minis. #boardgames #gameplay #corespace

Joining Mercury and Titanium, are Iridium the sniper, another marine code-named Chromium, and the rebuilt body of the Medic into a cybernetic armor shell.

The rescued scientists tell HQ that their research on alien tech came from a nearby alien ship that had crashed two years prior. If they can recover some more of the items they were researching, it could prove to be extremely helpful in repelling this alien invasion!
HQ has already detected new activity at the remains of the ship, but the mission was too crucial to ignore. So the Agents are sent out once again.

At the end, Titanium was able to escape, but the medic fell to the barrage of blaster fire from the Xeno, sacrificing himself to save Mercury one last time.
Well, I managed to meet the victory condition of rescuing three scientists and have at least half of the agents survive… That was very close!
